GreenLamp has nine board members. All board members work pro bono.
Christina is the person whose spark of inspiration led to the foundation of GreenLamp and, as President, she is our driving force. Responsible for our strategic direction, Christina also draws on her wide network to lead the fundraising and relationship-building function within the association. Christina has an overview on all GreenLamp activity and, taking inspiration from her passion and desire for social justice, she leads with determination and an acute sense of responsibility for all that we do.
Linda thrives when involved in projects where she can bring her energy, enthusiasm and experience in events, business development and external relations to work. As Vice-President at GreenLamp, Linda is involved in fundraising, works with the communications team, and advocates. She loves the opportunity that GreenLamp gives to sharpen and widen skills while working within a diverse team of individuals who put in the effort necessary to meet our ambitious goals.
Henriette brings passion and commitment as she heads the organization of GreenLamp’s events. Nothing fazes Henriette as she plows calmly through strategies, ideas and practical solutions for all aspects regarding GreenLamp. Her nursing background, fluency in German and Swiss experience is an invaluable asset to our team.
FUNDRAISING & EVENTS
Lizanne finds daily inspiration in helping ventures that have a disruptive and positive impact on the world to tell their story and achieve long-term growth. She brings this enthusiasm to GreenLamp by helping to define fundraising goals and planning engaging events to help achieve these goals. Lizanne is an independent thinker and is committed to helping GreenLamp empower young women and girls.
TREASURER AND MEMBERSHIP
Joanna loves a challenge and is brimming with ideas, is happy to participate where ever she can add value - whether it is a strategic workshop, meeting facilitation, fundraising or project work. She has been a GreenLamp Member since our inception and is passionate about our vision, especially education for women and girls. Joanna is in the final stages of completing her Masters Degree in Charity Financial Management and Grant-making at CASS Business School in London, as well as being a qualified Chartered Accountant, which means she is well placed to carry out her role as treasurer.
Project management and relationship building pose no problems for Karin even when sifting through the priorities of the huge role she holds within our board. She is calm, concise and means business, but with a smile. Karin highly enjoys the variety and flexibility of the tasks within the Board, giving everyone the possibility to work within fields of expertise, but also developing skills within new areas of responsibility.
Kathleen brings stability on board and jumps in wherever needed. An independent thinker able to work and be part of the ever-developing GreenLamp team, Kathleen is there to make a difference to the communities we support. Her depth of knowledge of board processes and methodology are a great asset to the team. Flexibility is key for her. When confronted with a challenge, Kathleen faces it head on and gets things done practically and objectively.
Carolina has the creative genius and the strategic mind-set necessary to not only design anything and make the message have the wanted impact, but contributes daily to the ethics and thought process behind all that we do. Through her flair and depth of insight, the team benefits greatly from her cultural understanding and keen intellect. GreenLamp offers her the opportunity of being creative for a good cause while learning new skills within an inspiring team.
Camilla thrives on the energy created through bringing people together and enjoys challenges that combine her communications, project and event management skills. She brings to GreenLamp her 15 year’s of experience working in the marketing communications field. She over-see’s our communications and branding, and is a calm, level-headed contributor to our lively board discussions. She quickly integrated into the GreenLamp team, bringing her passion, integrity and good humor with her.
Maria is a self‐directed, goal oriented doer as well as a team-player. She is an experienced business professional and believes in a working style based on service, quality and integrity, along with a positive attitude. From November 2012 to April 2016, Maria safeguarded GreenLamp’s finances and was part of the project management team. After moving to her native country of Sweden, Maria is now Greenlamp´s representative there.
